Color Magick

Sunday

Health falls under Sunday's influence. Sunday is the day you want to invoke happiness, health, benevolence and good fortune. Sunday is almost guaranteed to give you good things. If you are artistic, this is the day to ask for help.

Monday

Monday is ruled by the Moon...and its color is blue, silver or white. This is the day you do magick in regards to home, motherhood, pregnancy, and peace. If you are doing a protection, it would be on this day as well. As mentioned above, if you are about healing, on this day you would heal such things as cancer, especially female cancers, and other female problems.

Tuesday

The day of MARS! This is the day of RED RED RED! Passion on ALL its levels! Don't let Mars frighten you...it is the planet of war and marriage...and if you think about it they are one & the same - negotiation. I do most "marital enhancement" spells on Tuesday. It is also the planet/day of new businesses, but not the same way as Sunday is. Sunday is your kick off spell day; Tuesday is your "get this MOVING" day. Tuesday/Mars MOVES.

Wednesday

Wednesday is ruled by Gemini. This is THE day of communication, movement and change and often success. It's color is Orange. If you want a new job, a new apartment, anything that CHANGES this is the day to do your spellwork.

Thursday

Thursday is the beefeater of 'em all. This is Jupiter's day. Purple is its color and if you are going to do ANYTHING expect it to be on a GRAND scale. It is best used for psychic enhancement and that type of thing...but...it is also associated with wealth and such on extremely grand scales. Now before anyone jumps....know that there is KARMIC DEBT involved. I am almost frightened of Jupiter, it's so strong. I ONLY use it in conjunction w/other spells as a buffer. But, honestly, when I school a student, it is only used for psychic ability.

Friday

Friday is ruled by Venus. Its color is Pink. This is the day you ask for what you WANT, be that love, prosperity (in which case you'd use green in conjunction) or something else. This is basically the greedy day... I want, I want. So...Friday is a PERFECT day to do in conjunction with others. This is also a great day for burning candles for anyone you love - your kids, your passed on loved ones, your goldfish. Friday is also great for art as well. Venus & Freya rule (as well as Oshun) and they LOVE beauty, so this is the artists' day as well.

Saturday

Ok....Saturday is a day I HARDLY deal with. It is harsh. You only use Saturday when in a horrible legal matter, or when you want someone completely erased from your life. It's color is brown or black and as I stated in my Color Class, those are colors you don't want to tangle with. It is good for court cases used with orange (for success). But, as I tell my students, this really isn't a day to do spells, unless I am asked first. (Someone trying to take your kids away? Yes, we'll talk.) Otherwise it's very potent magick and not a day I use lightly. Oh, and it is ruled by Saturn. Saturn doesn't have a sense of humor and takes all requests literally. Like I said about being careful what you wish for? This one is one you don't want to tangle with unless you know what you are doing. It is best used for binding, truth be told.
