People with hypothyroidism are likely to have a sluggish digestion and constipation. Ensuring a fiber intake of 30-40 grams a day will not only improve digestion but also increase satiety and not let you feel hungry. A regular intake of at least 8—12 a day should be sufficient to lend a helping hand to the metabolism process.
